Simmons Financial Accounting & Consulting Services LLC uses the details you submit to respond to your bookkeeping inquiry, assess your needs and keep track of the conversation.

What this form collects

Your name, email, business name, optional phone and message, the service you request, business type, and how current your books are. It also saves the submission time, contact consent, referral website hostname and campaign labels in the page link. A hashed network address is used to help limit spam; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database.

How the information is used

Information is saved in the inquiry system and available to the business owner through a restricted workspace. It is used for responding to your request and managing follow-up. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. This website does not currently install advertising or analytics tracking tags.

Where it is processed

The website and inquiry system run on OpenAI Sites infrastructure, using Cloudflare hosting and database services. Information is stored in the website’s database and may be processed by these providers to operate the service. Browser sign-in for the owner workspace is handled by ChatGPT.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or delete your inquiry information, or ask us to stop follow-up, by emailing makiba@simmons.financial. Inquiry records are kept until the owner removes them or receives a deletion request, unless retention is required by law or for an established client relationship.

Please keep sensitive information out

Do not send bank credentials, account numbers, tax IDs, payroll records or confidential client or patient information through this inquiry form. If you become a client, an appropriate document-sharing process will be arranged separately.
